James has helped tens of thousands of people around the world lose weight and actually enjoy the whole process.
He takes the view that losing weight isn’t about looking for the next quick fix or hoping for a magic solution.
Instead he believes that to be successful at losing weight and keeping it off there are a wide range of mental, physical, and lifestyle factors that must be taken into account and that this should be based around each individual person.
James has helped people worldwide with his eBooks, email coaching, and telephone coaching. He has also helped people in person with his personal training and bootcamps.
He is now helping people through Weight Transformers with weight loss seminars, weight loss coaching, and weight loss retreats.
James is a qualified UK Athletics Coach who has been exercising and following a healthy diet consistently for the past 20 years. Before that he didn’t exercise, had a poor diet, had very little energy, and felt terrible.
He is now in full control of his weight, and maintaining his desired weight is both easy and enjoyable. With a resting heart rate of 43 and only feeling unwell every 2 or 3 years he is also fitter and healthier than 99% of people.
He has helped people from complete beginners upwards with their weight loss, exercise, diet, mindset, and motivation.
